1/2 clove garlic, crushed, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish

1 Tbsp. lemon peel, grated and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/4tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill
