Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

Chocolate Marshmallows

  • one bag marshmallows (depending on how many people you are making this for)
  • chocolate chips or almond bark
  • sprinkles or colored sugar
  • straws, skewers or toothpicks

Take one marshmallow per person and push a skewer into the marshmallow. Microwave the chocolate chips or almond bark 30 seconds in a glass cup. Stir and cook in 30 second increments until the chips melt. Dip each marshmallow half way into the chocolate and then roll in bowl of sprinkles. Place the marshmallows in the freezer just for 5-10 minutes to set the chocolate. Wrap the marshmallows in cellophane or plastic wrap and tie with curling ribbon.
